Iona’s single-family homes sit right on the river and the canals, built around the water view, which means large picture windows and sliding-glass lanai walls facing the water. River-and-canal humidity plus hard-water irrigation leaves a film and chalky mineral buildup on the lower panes and lanai glass, and it worsens on the many seasonal homes that sit empty for months.
We clean all of that glass, inside and out, bringing interior film and exterior mineral buildup back to clear. Since the aluminum and vinyl frames on the local stock let hard water etch the tracks and sills, track and screen cleaning is part of the job here too.
You come home to glass that shows the water view you bought the house for. If your home carries more glass than you want to deal with, call for a free quote at (541) 515-1051.

Most of our Iona work is residential, with a steady commercial side. We can handle commercial properties such as waterfront-community restaurants and storefronts. The same crew standards apply on both, and the scheduling is what changes.
On a home, here is what we handle:
The common rhythm here runs from fall through spring, with many homes cleaned before the winter return and again before the rainy season; summer maintenance visits are available too. A single full-home visit covers a lot of water-facing glass and lanai slider walls at once.
We reach the vast majority of home windows safely with ladders and water-fed poles. If a window would take scaffolding or rope access to reach, it’s outside what we safely do.
On the commercial side, we can serve:
We schedule commercial work before a business opens or after hours so daytime operations aren’t interrupted, and we build in at least an hour of buffer before the doors open.

A few things show up again and again in what our customers tell us. They’re the standards we hold on every job.
We answer the phone, we return calls and texts, and we show up when we say we will. This is the thing we lead on, and it’s what customers tell us they remember most.
Before we start, we walk you through exactly what we’re doing and why — the process, the chemicals, and how we protect your property. You should never have to guess what is about to happen on your own property.
We rinse your plants before, during, and after, then neutralize our cleaning solution so it’s safe for your soil. Your landscaping should look as good after we leave as it did when we pulled up.
We work around your schedule — early mornings, weekends, and before-open service when you need it. We fit the visit to your day rather than asking you to rearrange it around ours.

Window cleaning is priced per whole window unit, not per pane, so the number is simple to understand. The quote is free, and larger waterfront homes get a free on-site walk first for an accurate count.
A few ways the price can come down:

A quick phone call or text lets us confirm the window count, the types you have (storm windows, skylights, antique glass), and any hard-water spotting. We answer or return calls and texts promptly and set a time to come look at the property. Our phone-answered hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
We walk the property, take notes and photos, confirm the window count, and flag anything you may not have asked about. Most estimates are done in person, and for a property that is a good distance out we can quote by phone. The quote is free.
We type the quote up and send it by email and text, often the same day. Once you approve it, we schedule the visit in Markate around the time that fits you, including early mornings and weekends.
On arrival, the crew confirms the day’s scope with you before setting up. We start outside with the water-fed pole and purified-water system, scrub the frame, clean the glass, clean the exposed tracks, and rinse until the glass is free of debris. Inside, we clean with a soap solution, squeegee, and detail the edges, frames, and sills, using steel wool or a razor blade where a spot needs it. On the water-facing homes we spend extra time on the lower picture-window and lanai slider glass, where hard-water spotting collects the most.
Screens and any antique, stained, or leaded glass are cleaned by hand in the same visit. We use ladders with standoffs and wall-protection cushions so nothing rests against your siding. We finish with a walkthrough with you before we leave, and we follow up after the job.
We back our window cleaning with a five-day rain guarantee — if a hard, sideways rain hits, we’ll come touch up the side that got hit.
If you’re not happy, I’m not happy — we don’t leave until you’re satisfied. That final walkthrough is where we make sure of it.
We follow up after every job, and if something comes up we’ll come back and make it right. We never charge for a callback.
We carry a million-dollar policy to protect your property.

Iona is a waterfront community of golf, canal, and river-front neighborhoods, and we treat every property here like it’s on our own street. The standard we hold on a stranger’s glass is the same one we would hold on a neighbor’s.
We work most in the waterfront villas of Gulf Harbour, the canal-front homes of Palmetto Point, and the gated estates of Jonathan Harbour.
